Email support@remakecv.com and we will scope it with you. ## How the integration is set up ### Tell us you run Ceipal Email support@remakecv.com with your firm's name and a picture of how your recruiters work today — where candidate CVs sit, who formats them, and where the branded document has to end up before it reaches a client. ### Request API credentials for your Ceipal account Ask Ceipal's support team for API access. This is a routine request from an existing customer, and they will tell you what can be issued for your account and on what terms. ### Get the credentials to us securely We will point you at a safe way to send them. Treat them like any other credential that reaches candidate data — not over an unencrypted channel, and not left sitting in a shared inbox. ### We build it and turn it on Our team implements the connection against Ceipal's API and enables it for your company. The relevant options then appear in your RemakeCV dashboard, with nothing for your recruiters to install or maintain. > **Note:** What the finished integration does depends on what Ceipal's API exposes to your account — commonly pulling a candidate's CV across, writing the branded document back onto their record, or both. We confirm the precise shape when we scope it with you, before any build work starts, so you know what you are getting rather than what we assume. Connection scope is settled in the same conversation. Some of our integrations are held once for an entire company; others belong to each recruiter individually, which keeps ATS-side permissions and audit trails attached to the person who acted.
