It is a normal request to make as a paying customer, and their answer tells us what we have to work with. ### Hand the credentials over on a secure channel We will point you to a safe way to send them. Anything that reaches candidate records deserves the same care as a password — never in plain email, and never in a shared inbox thread. ### We build the connection and switch it on Our team implements it against Manatal's API and enables it for your company. The relevant controls then appear in your RemakeCV dashboard, with nothing for individual recruiters to install. > **Note:** What the integration can do is governed by what Manatal's API exposes to your account — commonly pulling a candidate's CV across, putting the branded document back onto their record, or both.
