Email support@remakecv.com to start. ## How the integration is set up ### Tell us you run RecruiterFlow Email support@remakecv.com with your agency name and how your team works today — where candidate CVs live, and where the formatted document needs to end up. ### Request API credentials from RecruiterFlow Ask RecruiterFlow's support team for API access on your account. This is a standard request for an existing customer, and they will tell you exactly what they can issue. ### Send the credentials to us securely We will tell you how to get them to us safely. Treat them as you would any credential with access to candidate data — never over an unencrypted channel. ### We build and enable it Our team implements the connection against RecruiterFlow's API and enables it for your company. The relevant options then appear in your RemakeCV dashboard. > **Note:** The exact capabilities depend on what RecruiterFlow's API exposes to your account — typically retrieving a candidate's CV, attaching the formatted document back to their record, or both. We will confirm precisely what your integration will do when we scope it, before any work starts. ## What the workflow looks like Once the integration is live, formatting a candidate CV stops being a download-and-re-attach job: 1. Work the candidate in RecruiterFlow as you do now. 2. Their CV is formatted into your agency's branded template — the same template, editor and options as every other RemakeCV workflow. 3. The finished document goes back onto the candidate record, ready to send to your client. Everything else is unchanged. No. Templates, editing, anonymisation, summaries and downloads behave identically whether a CV arrives through an integration or a drag-and-drop upload.
