Email your existing agency CV template — ideally a Word document plus one or two completed example CVs — to support@remakecv.com. Our team rebuilds it as a RemakeCV template, sends you a sample for review, and applies your corrections before making it live for your whole company.

## What should I send?

### Your template as a Word document

The `.docx` you use today. A Word file tells us far more than a PDF, because we can see the actual styles, spacing and table structure rather than guessing from a picture.

### One or two completed example CVs

A blank template shows the design; a filled-in CV shows the intent. Examples answer the questions a blank file cannot — how you handle a candidate with ten roles, what happens when a job title runs onto two lines, how you show current roles.

### Your logo

High-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or SVG. See [logos, fonts and colours](https://www.remakecv.com/help/templates-and-branding/logos-fonts-colours.md).

### Any rules that aren't visible in the file

Things like "we always show duration in years and months", "we never include the candidate's address", "the profile section must be third person". These are cheap to build in up front and tedious to retrofit.

## What happens next?

1. **We build it.** Our team reproduces your template inside RemakeCV.
2. **You review a sample.** We send a real CV rendered in the new template.
3. **You mark up corrections.** Spacing, wording, ordering — whatever is not right.
4. **We apply and go live.** The template becomes available to your whole company.

> **Note:**
Review the sample against a *difficult* CV, not an easy one. A candidate with fifteen years of history, several roles at one employer and a long skills list will expose layout problems that a two-page graduate CV never will.

## What if I don't have a template yet?

Tell us what you want and we will design one. It is worth having a view on:

- Whether you want a [cover page](https://www.remakecv.com/help/formatting-cvs/cover-pages.md)
- Whether CVs are anonymised by default
- Which sections you always want, and in what order
- What custom fields you need — expected salary, notice period, consultant details

## Can I get a client-branded version?

Yes. Some clients require submissions in their own template. We build these as variants alongside your house template, and they can be restricted so only the team working that account can see them. See [template variants](https://www.remakecv.com/help/templates-and-branding/template-variants.md).

## How long does it take?

It depends on the complexity of the design and how quickly the review cycle runs. Email support@remakecv.com with your files and we will confirm a timescale for your specific template.

## Frequently asked questions

### What do you need from me?

Your existing template as a Word file, one or two completed example CVs showing how it looks when filled in, and your logo as a high-resolution PNG or SVG.

### Do I have to redesign my template?

No. The usual request is to reproduce the template you already use, so your output looks exactly like what clients receive today.

### Can I have more than one template?

Yes. Most agencies end up with a house template plus client-specific variants.
