Plans and pricing
RemakeCV offers a per-seat Business plan and a volume-based Enterprise plan. Each Business seat includes 30 credits per month, pooled across the company.
RemakeCV has two plans. Business is priced per user per month, billed monthly or annually, and each seat contributes 30 credits per month to a shared company pool. Enterprise is priced to volume and adds ATS integrations and priority support. Annual billing is cheaper per seat than monthly.

How does per-seat pricing work with pooled credits?
You buy seats, and your account gets a single monthly credit allocation shared across everyone. Business allocations are sized from seat count at 30 credits per user.
The pooling is the useful part: if one consultant formats 80 CVs and another formats 10, that is fine — they draw from the same allocation.
Adding a user does not automatically raise the allocation. If you add seats, confirm with us that your credit allocation has been resized to match.
Because credits pool, you do not need to buy seats for capacity. Buy seats for the number of people who need to log in; if the allocation is short, buy top-ups or talk to us about resizing rather than adding seats nobody uses.

Monthly or annual?
Annual is meaningfully cheaper per seat. Monthly is the right choice if your headcount moves a lot, since you are not committing to seats you may not need in six months.
If you are already annual and need to add seats mid-term, the additional seats are pro-rated for the remainder of the year.
Which plan do I need?
Choose Enterprise if any of these apply:
- You want a native ATS integration — Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Salesforce or Mercury
- Your volume makes per-seat pricing the wrong shape
- You need priority support commitments
- You need bespoke arrangements around data handling or contracts
Otherwise Business covers formatting, custom templates, bulk processing and anonymisation.
How do I change plan?
Email support@remakecv.com. Upgrades can happen at any time, and on annual plans the upgraded fee is pro-rated for the remaining year. See upgrading and downgrading.
