Our team builds and configures the integration for your agency using API credentials from your Access Recruitment account, and once it is enabled it works the same way as every other RemakeCV ATS integration: a candidate's CV goes into your branded template and the finished document returns to their record. How the integration is set up

  1. Tell us you run Access Recruitment

    Email support@remakecv.com with your agency name and a few lines on how CVs move through your desk today — where they are stored, who formats them, and where the client-ready version has to end up.

  2. Request API credentials for your account

    Ask your provider's support or account team for API access on your Access Recruitment account. This is a routine request from an existing customer, and they will tell you what they can issue and on what terms.

  3. Get the credentials to us securely

    We will tell you how to send them safely. Treat them like any credential that reaches candidate data: never over an unencrypted channel, and never left sitting in a shared inbox thread.

  4. We build it and switch it on

    Our team implements the connection and enables it for your company. The relevant options then appear in your RemakeCV dashboard, so your consultants have nothing to install or maintain.

Note:

What the integration can do depends on what the API exposes to your account — commonly fetching a candidate's CV, writing the branded document back to their record, or both. We confirm exactly what yours will do when we scope it with you, before any build work begins.

Connection scope is settled in that same conversation. Some of our integrations are held once for a whole company and others belong to each consultant individually, which keeps permissions and audit trails sitting with the person doing the work. What the workflow looks like

With the integration live, turning a raw CV into something you can send to a client stops involving a trip through your downloads folder:

  1. Work the candidate in Access Recruitment exactly as your team does now.
  2. Their CV is formatted into your agency's branded template, using the same template, editor and options as every other RemakeCV workflow.
  3. The finished document comes back to the candidate record, ready to go out with the shortlist.

The middle step is unchanged from what your consultants already know — see uploading a CV and reviewing and editing.

Does the integration change the formatting?

No. Templates, editing, anonymisation, summaries and downloads behave identically whether a CV arrives over an integration or is dragged into the browser. Auto-anonymisation, candidate summaries and template variants all carry across untouched, so what your clients receive looks the same the day before go-live and the day after.

Building it yourself

If your own developers would rather own the connection, the public REST API gives you the processing, retrieval and template endpoints directly, so you can wire RemakeCV into Access Recruitment on your own schedule.
