Connecting Avionté
RemakeCV connects to Avionté. Our team builds the connection from API credentials issued on your Avionté account, so branded CVs come back onto candidate records at the volumes a contract staffing desk actually runs at.
RemakeCV connects to Avionté. Our team builds and configures the connection for your staffing firm from API credentials issued on your Avionté account, so a candidate's CV becomes a branded, client-ready document and lands back on their record rather than passing through somebody's desktop. Tell us about your volumes at support@remakecv.com and we will take it from there.
Volume is what makes this worth doing
Avionté serves the US staffing market, and the weight of that market sits in contract and temporary placement — light industrial, clerical, healthcare — where a single branch can fill more roles in a week than a permanent desk fills in a quarter. That changes the arithmetic of CV presentation. On a retained search, twenty minutes tidying a document is nothing against the fee. At contract volume, the same twenty minutes repeated across every submission is not an overhead on the job; it is the job.
So the question here is not whether a formatted CV lands better with a client. It is what each one costs in recruiter minutes, and whether that cost holds when an account manager needs fifteen people in front of a client by Thursday.
How the integration is set up
Tell us Avionté is your system of record
Email support@remakecv.com with your firm's name, roughly how many candidate documents go out in a week, and whether one branch or several are in scope to begin with.
Establish what API access your account allows
Avionté determines what credentials can be issued to you and on what terms. Their answer sets the boundary of what we build against, so it is the first thing to get moving.
Pass the credentials to us on a secure channel
We will point you at one. Anything with reach into candidate data deserves the handling you would give a production secret — never plain email, never a shared inbox thread.
We build the connection, then enable it
Our team implements it and switches it on for your company. The controls surface in your RemakeCV dashboard, so no recruiter has anything to install or maintain.
What the connection is able to do is set by the API access granted on your Avionté account rather than by us — commonly collecting a candidate's CV, filing the branded version back against them, or both. That scope is agreed with you before any build work begins, rather than assumed here.
Where bulk formatting fits
A connection removes handling per CV. Bulk formatting removes it per batch, and on a contract desk the two answer different halves of the same problem. Drop a set of CVs in together and they queue and process unsupervised — what you want when a branch is standing up a new account or clearing a backlog.
Credits pool at company level, so a branch running hot one week needs no allocation of its own — though per-user limits and team pools exist if you would rather it did.
What actually changes for a recruiter
| Without a connection | Once it is live | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting the CV in | Someone saves the candidate's file out and uploads it | The CV on the record is picked up directly |
| The formatting itself | Your template, editor and options as normal | Identical — this part is untouched |
| Getting the result back | Download, then reattach it to the record by hand | The branded document is filed against the candidate |
The first and third rows follow the API access your account is granted, which is the scoping conversation above. The middle row never varies. See uploading a CV and reviewing and editing for what a recruiter sees while it happens.
Does the integration change the formatting?
No. A connection governs the route a file takes and nothing else, so your template, the editor, anonymisation, summaries and downloads behave as they do for a CV dragged into the browser. The document a client opens is the same either way.
Firms placing into several sectors often want a submission to look different depending on who receives it. Template variants handle that — a client-branded version, an anonymised one, one without a cover page — over the same underlying structure. If your design has not been built with us yet, our team builds it from your existing document: see requesting a custom template.
Owning the connection yourself
Avionté gets asked about often enough to be worth a page, but the pages here are not a limit: whatever your firm runs, including an internal system, our team will build against the credentials that provider issues. If you would rather your own developers held it, the public REST API exposes the processing, retrieval and template endpoints directly — see connecting RemakeCV to any ATS or internal system.
Which plan includes it?
Both of them. Business and Enterprise each cover integration work; plans and pricing explains what separates the two.

Frequently asked questions
- Does RemakeCV integrate with Avionté?
- Yes. Our team builds and configures the Avionté connection for your staffing firm from API credentials issued on your Avionté account, and it then behaves like the rest of our ATS connections. Tell us about your volumes at support@remakecv.com and we will take it from there.
- What do I need to provide?
- API credentials issued on your Avionté account, which Avionté arranges for you as an existing customer, and a rough sense of how many candidate documents your branches put in front of clients in a typical week. Send both to support@remakecv.com and our team handles the build.
- Will it work the same as the other integrations?
- Yes. The same templates, editor, anonymisation, summaries and downloads apply, and bulk formatting is unaffected. A connection determines how a CV moves between two systems and decides nothing about the document a client receives.
- Can I use RemakeCV with Avionté before the integration is set up?
- Yes. RemakeCV runs standalone in a browser, and bulk formatting means a batch of CVs can be dropped in together rather than one at a time. High-volume desks often prove the format that way first and add the connection afterwards; it was never a prerequisite.
