#How the integration is set up

   Tell us you run Recruit CRM

   Email support@remakecv.com with your agency name and a short description of your current process — where candidate CVs are held, and where the branded version needs to land once it has been formatted.

   Request API credentials from Recruit CRM

   Ask Recruit CRM's support team for API access on your account. This is an ordinary request for an existing customer, and they will tell you what they can issue and on what terms.

   Send the credentials to us securely

   We will tell you how to pass them to us safely. Treat them as you would any credential that reaches candidate data, and never send them over an unencrypted channel.

   We build and enable it

   Our team implements the connection against Recruit CRM's API and switches it on for your company. The relevant options then appear in your RemakeCV dashboard, with nothing for your recruiters to install or maintain.

#What the workflow looks like

Once the integration is live, turning a raw CV into a client-ready one stops involving your desktop at all:

1. Work the candidate in Recruit CRM the way your team already does.
2. Their CV is formatted into your agency's branded template — the same template, the same editor and the same options as every other RemakeCV workflow.
3. The finished document goes back onto the candidate record, ready to send on to your client.

Whether the connection belongs to each recruiter individually or to your company as a whole is something we settle at scoping, alongside the rest of the shape — different platforms suit different arrangements, and the integrations overview shows how the live ones are set up. Until yours is enabled, your team can format Recruit CRM candidates in the browser exactly as they would any other CV.

#Does the integration change the formatting?

No. Templates, editing, anonymisation, summaries and downloads behave identically whether a CV arrives through an integration or a drag-and-drop upload in the browser. An integration governs only how the document travels between systems, so your agency can take one on without reviewing anything about your output — the CVs your clients open look the same before and after.

#Building it yourself

If your own developers would rather own the connection, the public REST API exposes the processing, retrieval and template endpoints directly, so you can wire RemakeCV into Recruit CRM on your own schedule and to your own design.
