Connecting Recruitly
RemakeCV connects to Recruitly. Our team builds and configures the integration against the API credentials your Recruitly account provides, so branded CVs reach the candidate record without anyone downloading a file.
RemakeCV connects to Recruitly. Our team builds and configures the integration for your agency using API credentials from your Recruitly account, and from then on it behaves like every other RemakeCV ATS integration — a candidate's CV goes into your branded template and the finished document returns to their record. Email support@remakecv.com and we will scope it with you.
How the integration is set up
Tell us Recruitly is your CRM
Email support@remakecv.com with your agency name and a picture of how the desk runs today — where candidate CVs sit, who formats them, and where the branded version has to end up before it reaches a client.
Ask Recruitly for API credentials
Recruitly's support team issues API access against your own account. This is an ordinary request for an existing customer, and they are the right people to tell you what they can issue and on what terms.
Hand the credentials over securely
We will tell you the safe route for sending them. Credentials that reach candidate data deserve the same care as any other — not an unencrypted channel, and not a shared inbox thread that outlives the setup.
We build it and turn it on
Our team writes the connection against Recruitly's API and enables it for your company. The relevant options appear in your RemakeCV dashboard afterwards, with nothing for individual consultants to install or maintain.
What the finished integration does depends on what Recruitly's API makes available to your account — commonly pulling a candidate's CV across, putting the branded document back on their record, or both directions. We establish exactly which of those applies while we scope the work with you, ahead of anything being built.
Connection scope is settled in the same conversation. Some of our integrations are held once for an entire company and others belong to each consultant individually; which pattern fits depends on how your account is arranged and where you want permissions to sit. We agree that with you rather than deciding it for you.
What the workflow looks like
Once the integration is live, getting a candidate into your house style stops involving a file on somebody's desktop:
- Work the candidate in Recruitly the way your consultants already do.
- Their CV is formatted into your agency's branded template — same template, same editor, same options as any other RemakeCV job.
- The finished document lands back on the candidate record, ready for the client.
The middle step is unchanged from what your team knows. See uploading a CV and reviewing and editing for what a consultant actually does there.
Does the integration change the formatting?
No. Templates, editing, anonymisation, summaries and downloads behave the same whether a CV arrived through an integration or was dragged into the browser. Because the integration only decides how the document travels, adopting one costs you nothing in output — clients receive the same CVs the week after go-live as the week before.
That extends to the rest of the toolkit: auto-anonymisation, candidate summaries and template variants all apply untouched. If your branded template has not been built yet, that runs alongside the integration work — see requesting a custom template.
Building it yourself
If your own developers would rather hold the connection, the public REST API exposes the processing, retrieval and template endpoints directly, so you can wire RemakeCV into Recruitly on your own schedule and against your own release cycle. See connecting RemakeCV to any ATS or internal system for what those endpoints cover.
Which plan includes it?
Both plans carry it — Business and Enterprise alike. See plans and pricing.

Frequently asked questions
- Does RemakeCV integrate with Recruitly?
- Yes. Our team builds and configures the Recruitly integration for your agency using API credentials from your Recruitly account. Once it is enabled it behaves like our other ATS integrations — email support@remakecv.com and we will scope it with you.
- What do I need to provide?
- Two things: API credentials for your Recruitly account, which Recruitly's support team issues to you as an existing customer, and a short account of how your consultants handle CVs today. Send both to support@remakecv.com and our team picks it up from there.
- Will it work the same as the other integrations?
- Yes. The same templates, editor, anonymisation, summaries and downloads apply. An integration governs how a CV moves between systems and nothing else — the finished document is identical either way.
- Can I use RemakeCV with Recruitly before the integration is set up?
- Yes. RemakeCV runs standalone in your browser — upload a CV, format it into your branded template, download it and attach it wherever you need. The integration exists to remove that manual step, not to gate access to the product.
