Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Salesforce and Mercury are live today, and integrations with other platforms are built by our team using the API credentials your provider supplies — they behave exactly like the ones already listed. Our team configures each integration for your company, so there is nothing for you to install.
Which platforms can RemakeCV connect to?

Each platform exposes a slightly different set of hooks, so the exact in-ATS experience varies — JobAdder, for instance, installs a button directly on the candidate record. The formatting, templates and output are identical everywhere.

Every serious ATS has a public or partner API. Your provider's support team issues the credentials; most turn this around quickly for an existing customer.
We build and configure it
Our team implements the connection and enables it on your account. The connect option then appears in your dashboard.
It works like every other integration
Same templates, same editor, same anonymisation, same output. The integration only changes how the CV travels between systems.

The two workflow shapes
Read-and-write. Open the candidate, pick the CV already on their record, format it, send the result back. No manual download at either end.
Write-back. Upload the CV to RemakeCV, format it, then push the formatted document onto the candidate record. This removes the download-and-re-attach step at the end, which is the fiddly half.
Which shape a given platform uses depends on what its API exposes, and we will tell you which applies when we scope your integration.
How do connections work?
Once an integration is enabled for your company, Connect and Disconnect appear in the user menu on your dashboard.
Who the connection belongs to differs by platform:
- Bullhorn and Vincere — per consultant. Each person connects their own account, which keeps ATS-side permissions and audit trails intact per user.
- JobAdder — per company. One connection serves everyone.
- Salesforce and Mercury — no customer-side connection to manage. These run on credentials configured by our team.
Does an integration change the formatting?
No. Templates, editing, anonymisation, summaries and downloads behave identically. The integration only changes how the CV travels between systems, so you can adopt one without revisiting anything about your output.

- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Our team configures the integration for your company, and the connect option then appears in your dashboard. There is nothing to install and no plugin to maintain.
