Integrations overview
RemakeCV connects to Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Salesforce and Mercury. What each one can do differs, so check the capability table before assuming a workflow.
RemakeCV integrates with Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Salesforce and Mercury. JobAdder and Salesforce can read a candidate's existing CV out of the ATS; Bullhorn, Vincere and Mercury can only write the formatted CV back. Integrations are enabled per company by RemakeCV rather than switched on self-serve.
What can each integration actually do?
This table matters more than any other on the page, because the platforms genuinely differ.

Only JobAdder installs a button inside the ATS itself. For every other platform the workflow starts in RemakeCV, not in your ATS.
The two workflow shapes
Read-and-write (JobAdder, Salesforce). Open the candidate, pick the CV already on their record, format it, send the result back. No manual download.
Write-back only (Bullhorn, Vincere, Mercury). Upload the CV to RemakeCV yourself, format it, then push the formatted document onto the candidate record. This still removes the download-and-re-attach step at the end, which is the fiddly half.
How do connections work?
There is no integrations settings page. Once we have enabled an integration for your company, Connect and Disconnect appear in the user menu on your dashboard.
Who the connection belongs to differs by platform:
- Bullhorn and Vincere — per consultant. Each person connects their own account, and each person's connection can expire independently.
- JobAdder — per company. One connection serves everyone, and if it fails it fails for everyone.
- Salesforce and Mercury — no customer-side connection at all. These run on credentials configured by RemakeCV.
Integrations are enabled per company by us, not self-serve. Email support@remakecv.com to have one turned on — the connect option will not appear in your dashboard until we do.
Does an integration change the formatting?
No. Templates, editing, anonymisation, summaries and downloads behave identically. The integration only changes how the CV travels between systems.
What if we use something else?
The public REST API handles processing, retrieval and templates from your own system.
One limitation to plan around: the public API cannot write a document back into your ATS. That is what the native integrations exist for. If you build on the API, the write-back is yours to implement using your ATS's own API. See using the API instead.

- Which ATS platforms does RemakeCV support?
- Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Salesforce and Mercury. Any other system can connect through the public API, though the API cannot write documents back into your ATS.
- Can I turn an integration on myself?
- No. Integrations are enabled per company by RemakeCV. Email support@remakecv.com and we will enable it for your account, after which the connect option appears in your dashboard.
- Can every integration pull the candidate's CV out of the ATS?
- No — only JobAdder and Salesforce. With Bullhorn, Vincere and Mercury you upload the CV to RemakeCV yourself and the integration sends the formatted result back.
