The Mercury integration searches Mercury contacts, attaches the formatted CV to a contact record as a PDF, and creates new contacts by letting Mercury parse the CV. Our team configures access, so there is nothing to install or renew.
The Mercury integration lets you search Mercury contacts, attach a formatted CV to an existing contact as a PDF, or create a new contact by sending Mercury a CV to parse. It is a write-back integration: you format the CV in RemakeCV, then the finished document goes onto the Mercury record. Our team configures access for your company, so there is nothing to connect, sign in to or renew.
Mercury is a managed setup: our team configures access for your company, so there is no Connect button to find, no sign-in to complete and no authorisation that expires. Email support@remakecv.com to have it enabled, and the Mercury actions appear on your dashboard.

Upload and format the CV in RemakeCV
Start in RemakeCV as normal — upload the candidate's CV and format it into your template. See uploading a CV.
Search for the contact
Search Mercury by name or email from within RemakeCV.
Attach, or create a new contact
Attach the formatted CV to the existing contact, or — if the candidate is new — send the CV to Mercury to parse into a fresh contact record.
Two things worth knowing
The attachment is a PDF. Mercury receives the formatted CV as a PDF, which is the form a Mercury contact record expects. If your team also wants the editable file, download the .docx of the same document from RemakeCV — see downloading as DOCX or PDF.
Search on a precise term. A full name or an email address returns the right contact fastest. A one- or two-letter search asks Mercury for a far wider set than you need, so give it enough to work with.
Troubleshooting

There is no token to refresh and no connection to re-authorise, so Mercury never needs reconnecting. If something does look off, email support@remakecv.com with the time and what you were doing and we will check the configuration directly.
