Connecting Tracker RMS

RemakeCV connects to Tracker RMS. Our team builds and configures the integration for your agency from API credentials issued on your Tracker RMS account, and once it is running a candidate's CV can be formatted into whichever of your branded templates the submission calls for and returned to their record. One system, two desks

Tracker RMS is generally chosen by mid-market agencies running permanent and contract work side by side, frequently across both the UK and the US, and wanting the lot on one platform rather than a system per desk. That is a sensible way to run an agency and an awkward one to format for: a perm submission and a contract submission are not the same document.

A permanent shortlist for a retained client is a considered piece of work: full career history, a written summary, your branding on the front. A contractor put forward against a live requirement is skim-read in minutes by someone who wants availability and the last three assignments — and often has to arrive in the client's own layout, because a preferred-supplier agreement says so. One house format cannot serve both without being wrong for one of them.

Which version goes out

That is the job template variants do. A variant is a full version of your template built for a particular situation, and the consultant picks the right one while processing the CV:

SubmissionVersion that usually fits
Perm shortlist under your own brandYour house template
Client on a preferred-supplier list requiring their layoutClient-branded variant
Client running a blind first siftAnonymised variant
Contract role where the client wants the CV onlyVariant with no cover page
Separate perm and contract brandsOne variant per brand

There is no cap on how many you run, and visibility can be scoped so each desk sees the versions it actually works with.

Setting it up

  1. Tell us Tracker RMS is your system of record

Email support@remakecv.com with your agency name, which desks are in scope first, and where a finished submission has to end up.

  2. Establish what API access your account allows

Ask Tracker RMS what credentials can be issued against your account and on what terms. Their answer sets the boundaries of what we build against.

  3. Hand the credentials over on a secure channel

We will point you to one. Anything reaching candidate data warrants the care you would give a production secret, not plain email or a shared inbox thread.

  4. We build the connection, then enable it

Our team implements it and switches it on for your company. The relevant controls surface in your RemakeCV dashboard, so there is nothing for consultants to install or look after.

Note:

How far the connection reaches is decided by the API access granted on your Tracker RMS account rather than by us — commonly collecting a candidate's CV, filing the branded version back against them, or both. That scope is agreed with you in writing at the scoping stage, before any build work starts. The same conversation settles whether the connection is held once for the agency or made by each consultant.

What it looks like once it is running

Choosing a version and getting the finished file back onto the record happens inside the flow the consultant is already in. They keep progressing the candidate in Tracker RMS; the CV is rendered into whichever template the submission calls for, through the same editor and options as any other RemakeCV job; and the branded document is filed back against the candidate for whoever picks that record up next. See uploading a CV and reviewing and editing for the middle part.

Does the integration change the formatting?

No. Whether a CV arrives over a connection or is dropped into the browser by hand, the templates, variants, editor, anonymisation, summaries and downloads work in exactly the same way. All a connection settles is how the file gets between systems, so you can take this on in stages — connect first and build variants later, or the reverse. If the templates do not exist yet, our team builds them to your design: see requesting a custom template.

Owning the build yourself

Agencies with development resource sometimes prefer to hold the connection in-house. The public REST API exposes the processing, retrieval and template endpoints directly; connecting RemakeCV to any ATS or internal system covers what they reach.

Which plan includes it?

Business and Enterprise both carry integrations, on the same terms — see plans and pricing. Tracker RMS is no special case either: any ATS or CRM your agency runs can be connected once its provider issues credentials, whether or not it already appears in our list.

Start the conversation

Email support@remakecv.com with Tracker RMS, your agency name and the desks you would start with. We will confirm what the integration will do on your account, what we need from you, and how your consultants will use it day to day.

Frequently asked questions

Does RemakeCV integrate with Tracker RMS?
Yes. Our team builds and configures the Tracker RMS integration for your agency from API credentials issued on your Tracker RMS account, after which it behaves like our other ATS integrations. Tell us what you need at support@remakecv.com.
What do I need to provide?
API credentials for your Tracker RMS account, which you arrange with Tracker RMS as their customer, and a short account of how your perm and contract desks prepare submissions today. Send both to support@remakecv.com and our team handles the build.
Will it work the same as the other integrations?
Yes. The same templates, template variants, editor, anonymisation, summaries and downloads apply. A connection settles only how a CV moves between two systems; the finished document is identical whichever way it got there.
Can I use RemakeCV with Tracker RMS before the integration is set up?
Yes. RemakeCV runs standalone in the browser — upload a CV, pick the template version the submission calls for, and download it. Agencies often start on one desk this way and connect Tracker RMS once the formats are agreed.
